Who are we ?
Established in 2020!
Whilst the company is new, the expertise is not. My name is Chris Maurice and I lead the CRIS team, I have been working on the Client side of insurance for for 25 years (I went to the insurer side for 5 years) years, and I bring a my own team and a network of small specialist companies from around the world to bear on customer’s problems. We can’t be experts in everything but if we are not we know people who are. A mechanic does not have a single spanner but a complete toolkit. It is this toolkit of in-house and partner expertise that is the key to the CRIS offering. We work for You; we do not take any remuneration from any other party .
It is important to understand that insurance is a mixed-up ecosystem. Many of the players have more than one master and conflicting interests, from regulators that are more interested in a profitable industry than the policyholder or investor, to brokers that work for the insured and the insurer, and insurers that are controlled by their re-insurers. We have found that understanding this backstory is key to resolving many of the problems insureds face.
